How we get fresh oxygen in window air conditioners?

Since when we use window air conditioners the room is sealed totally from outside air and the same air in the room we breath again and again and no fresh oxygen entering the room possiblity is sealed and so how we get fresh oxygen in this condition. How living all the 24 hours in an air-conditioned room is harm full.

3. If my memory serves me correctly, your a/c has a button on there which says open or closed..Open allows the air from the outside to be circulated into the room.
