Know anything about Westinghouse Heat Pumps?

Westinghouse makes a 23 SEER heat pump, anyone know the price and is it worth it and how well does it work. I live in southern MS and need to replace my Katrina damaged heat pump and have read only a little about this unit. Need it more for the AC and not the heating.
