Anyone know anything about electric heat pumps?

I have a 22 year old Coleman electric heat pump. The fan on it is not working but it is still heating with the auxiliary heat. How can I get the fan to come on? Anyone have any ideas?

1. thie is most likely a bad capacitor....try spinning the fan while the outside unit is running...if it kicks in the capacitor is the problem... $20 bucks and easy to replace
2. fan relay. bad cap, bad fan motor. try it in ac mode and see if fan comes on.
