Rheem Heater flame runs for a few seconds then shuts off?

We noticed that our home was chilly today. After looking at the thermostat it was saying it was 68 when it was it set to 70. The heater flame runs for a few seconds then quickly shits off and kicks off the fan. Any ideas of what this could be? ooops thanks!

  1. thermo coupler its a copper tubing that comes from the outside by the pilot it adjusts the temp along with your controls on the wall.about 10 bucks if you do it look from the pilot knob outside to the inside of the pilot flame.it does have a safety so if is bad gas goes out. it threads into your control box then to your pilot burner.email if you need more.10 min job.you also listed this under auto stuff but so glad i could help.
