1. look on the nameplate on the unit.
2. I think the model # you're quoting is on the indoor unit, which won't give you the tonnage. If you want to know the cooling tonnage, you'll have to look on the model # for the outdoor unit. A 2 ton should have an 024 in the model #, a 2.5 ton an 030. The 024 would designate 24,000 btu's. Divide the number by 12, and you'll get your tonnage. There's 12,000 btu's per ton. P.S. The serial number on your indoor unit indicates it was built in 1989, in case you were wondering.
